Textures getting messed up in single player games.

I have been getting strange colors on the interior on maps such as Bedroom. Also, on terrain maps, the colors are getting messed up like Tan turning into Pink. Pictures below.

Go to options->Advanced and uncheck "Vertex Lighting (Low Quality)", that will fix the interiors.

The terrain is an actual issue which is not fixed yet.
