DSQ Tweaker not responding

I recently bought DSQ Tweaker and when I go into it, it says DSQTweaker has stopped responding. I tried getting help from the creators but they don't know what the problem is. I have windows 7 64 bit. Please help

Try turning your theme to Windows Classic and try again.
Don't know if it'll work, but it seemed to for constructor.
