edit2: and by that standard, would it not be equally unfair for king leo to compete as well? he's obviously a professional builder. since this is (as you said) a prize for the general community, perhaps he should be disqualified as well. (I'm not saying he should be, I'm just going from what I perceive as your position here)
Technically, whoever wins is a professional builder because they are getting paid to build. Also King Leo is also a part of the community so I don't see why he should be disqualified because he's good.
