Add-on ingame folders

I have a lot of addons. I was thinking, can you make folders or seperators for the addon list in the wrench menu? And have them admin only or all?
This would be nice.

I think subdivisions in the list would be useful. Maybe checking/unchecking the folder enables all in it as well as individual.

Also, I'd like a way to enable/disable client addons without deletion/moving, maybe allow the list to import .gui files too.

Also, generally your IQ stays constant throughout your lifetime. So if Einstein's IQ was 160ish (please check my source on that), then your IQ would have to drop at least 40 points to have a lower IQ than him, which is HIGHLY unlikely. Unless, of course, you are injured.
