I was attempting to fill Nightmares request since it required less of Tetris's exact handiwork. However, as it's 1:15 AM, I have no access to a computer. So I attempted to download an app that'd let me work on my iPod to make art, but the best free one I could find could not color to the exact pixel, and ruined anything I tried to make in detail.

Anyone know a good app for drawing/photo editing that is free/low priced?
