Sick today, got some infection

I got "Upper Respiratory Throat Infection" as it says on this doctor's note.
So, I played Skyrim the whole day since there was nothing to do.

If anybody can give me advice on what to do since I was born with asthma and it's quite hard to breathe because right after I breathe each breath, I cough like really hard and wheeze.

Help me :(

Breathe slowly to avoid taking in particles which stimulate the infection.

Bad bad bad. I had one. Get some musanex d. it's great. drink hot liquids and go to cvs. get some of those tablets you put in the shower for alergys. its great for helping with conjestion.
