I'm Welsh, but I have some breton and scottish ancestry.

Im 100% American.

Nationality refers to citizenship. State of origin is the most common way to determine citizenship (jus soli), so it is typically also the way people define nationality. However, it can also refer to what state you belong under, meaning there can be more then one, since dual citizenship is completely possible (In many countries, at least. Not in all).

By the latter definition, I'm Italian and American, but by the former, simply Italian. c:
