Vista Themes - HOW DOES IT WORK

I haven't been able to find any decent help anywhere on the internet for this.

How would I install this theme on Windows Vista?

When I go to change a theme on vista, it wants a .theme file. Not a single file of this sort is present in the ZIP files after downloading.

On second thoughts, how do I convert .msstyles to .theme?

You should just be able to double-click the .msstyles and it'll work.

If it doesn't do stuff, you'll have to put it in (VISTAdrive):\Windows\Resources\Themes\blah\wtf and it should work
