Computer's volume doesn't work (Help me)

I had a similar problem with my Acer.

Apparently it didn't find any problems with my speakers. Avnex Virtual Audio Device...

OK, you need to check what I said. You don't seem to want to have to do this, but you will have to if you want it fixed. Can't expect it to fix itself.
You'll need to find out what sound card you have, and what driver version if any you have.

This happened a while back to me, the solution for this was that I was plugging the speakers into the computers default jack when I had a sound card which was supposed to be used...

Our schools just gave out the Macbooks so I'll use for music and pandora. but I still want sounds for Gmod, Blockland, ect.
