I've never signed up for anything like this, and I'm pretty sure you have to have a Galaxy samsung phone to even get this service. Sooo....wtf...there's no unsubscribe or something, so how would you guys suggest I get them to stop sending them to me? It might help to mention that you have to SIGN UP and REGISTER your phone to get support at all. So screw that.

Seriously though, try to find a phone number, call them up, tell them you do not have their phone and all that. Then again, since you don't know stuff about this person, they might just go "Stop lying, bitch." In that case, block their email or whatever. Really wish you could send stuff back up to them and cause them problems for their own stupidity.
