Adolph Shweiser is at it again, designing a vehicle called the "helicopter". Instead of wings and engines, it will have an engine on top and wings that spin, so it can take off straight up. So far one issue has plagued the designs: the torque of the rotor. Whenever the current design is started up, the aircraft spins like a top when in the air, sometimes resulting in crashes.
