Doesn't sound like music for a town, sounds more like the music for a shrine, temple or maybe a snowy region of the world map, unless it's for a snowy town.

If its a snowy theme, its not very good. Snowy towns/places tend to have a higher pitch than normal forested areas, if the dings were a bit higher then it would be properly snowy

People don't want to have their ears assaulted by high-pitched dinging sounds while playing an RPG.
I know what I'm talking about, I've played more RPG's of various sorts than I'd care to list
