Sounds like OP is too young to play games like CoD or battlefield.
-At the beginning of the game you start out with a small team of 4 people.
So pretty much team tactical from CoD, possibly Halo?
And then you compete in battles with other teams to earn money, have more team members,
-Sounds like Counter strike or CoD
upgrade guns and optics and things in that nature.
-Pretty much every FPS game within the last decade
I really don't understand why you would want an airsoft simulator over an average FPS. Airsoft is pretty much ment to be a simulation of combat so why you need a simulator of a simulator just sounds pointless. Even if someone did make an airsoft simulator/game I doubt it would even compare to some of the big titles such as the CoD, BattleField, or GoW; for example the Greg Hasting's paintball games were alright and had gameplay that was fun, but I still feel like you're just better off getting an FPS.
