Are the slopes just broken? I never really used the slopes since v20 so I don't know. And if they are, why aren't they fixed yet?

The slopes is a regular grass map with nuclear winter in effect.
What you see is fallout.

I checked the slopes map file and it is NOT a texture issue, the textures are fine.
