Please Read Everything - Players in 5/14

Country Creation:
Welcome to COUNTRY CREATION where random events are given to you and you decide what to do with them!  So the moral of the story in this game is that random inventions that occurred during a certain period of time will be given to each of you and will shape your society.  For example: The invention of the first machine gun is given to you first, some may try to steal the invention or gain through war or even buy.  In the following instructions I will tell you how to do so and the advantages through these items.

Economic System:
The economic system will work off of one currency called credits...
You will start off with 1000 CR.  Also if I add a +number, that means it is used for dice rolls.  You don't have to worry about that part.

When an invention is given to you, you may do as you wish with it.  You may sell it for your designated price or keep it for yourself to use against others.  Of course if you sell it, you will still have the invention.

Country Creation Process:
You will be starting out in the year 1700.

Country Government: No Anarchy
Country Symbol: (Optional):
Country Ethnics: Asian, White, Black, Indian.
Country Location: TELL ME - East, west, north or south.
Population: 1000 (Starting Off)
Military: 100 (Starting Off if you want a military)
Technology: (I will distribute technologies)

War Terms:
I will be determining the power of ones civilization with the roll of my dice.  Depending on how much force he gives in a battle and the technology he uses in the battle.  Also what is very important is that you tell me when you want to go to war.  Show me your strategy and I will make the terrains conditions.

Map:

Tell me which way you want your country.  East, West, North or South and I will be picking your place on the map.  If you want an island, please specify in your country.


Players:

Rules : READ
Rule 1 - Limit of people who are playing: 14
Rule 2 - I will tell you when you can raise your population.
Rule 3 - No Anarchy for the reason being, I will tell you when your population goes into riots.
Rule 4 - I will be your citizens, if I do something of your disliking, you have a choice on what to do with me.
Rule 5 - Don't add anymore detail in your military because I will be determining your strengths through technological advancement and military power.
Rule 6 - PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR PLACE ON THE MAP YOURSELF.  I will add it when you tell me East, West, North or South.
Rule 7 - READ EVERYTHING IN THIS OP

ANNOUNCEMENT: When I say +8 Galleys, that doesn't mean you have 8 Galleys, that just helps in dice rolls.  So those who take it the wrong way, please fix the problem.

Set up communities around the island. 10 military for every 100 population. Wooden galleys are on the southern end of the island, watching the other shoreline. The cutlasses are given to the popluation camped at the north while the muskets are split between all four sides of the island

Meh, sorry it would really help if you gave me a certain mix of two races.

I was thinking a mix of all four, does race generally matter in the long run?

Nah it shouldn't affect the three countries that are here right now.

If anything you should do it now before it truely is to late. I was only thinking you should do this for strategic value. IE moving troops across a desert is very hard.

You get them, but I put the price tag so you can sell them if needed.

So I'm also assuming that 10 flintlock's represent 10 out of my 1000 population. How much do warships carry if anything.

I'm actually a little confused as to how war works out in general could you elaborate?
