Yes, he does, technically, have the power to ban people from BOS. That said, the only stuff that actually cares about that is private beta access and uploading apps.

Because it isn't made to host files.  It's made to copy apps over to the folder to run them.  Useful for developers.

It copies zips over to config/BOS/Apps from the BB folder without the app store.

Just drag a zip into the BlockBreak folder and run it.  End of process.

It is supposed to go on the desktop, just drag them in and run it.  Which is a lot quicker than navigating to documents/Blockland/config/BOS/Apps and dragging it in.
