One extremely odd neighbor.

So for the past 20 years the neighbor next to our house has never been seen. There is always one light on that never goes out, the grass seems to be taken care of, no one has been seen going in or out, no parked cars, nothing. Yet the owner of the house seems to be getting mail.


Something doesn't seem right with this house.

I also have this neighbour whose TV never goes off. EVERY SINGLE TIME I look into his window from my bedroom the TV is on and on some soccer channel.
