group your stuff into folders, for example, all those add-ons can be put into a folder named add-ons.
Then, once you're done with that, go to http://www.stardock.com/products/fences/ and download the fences tool. After that, just go to bing/google and look for wallpapers in the images section.

Put all those add ons in a folder like Fob said, then make a folder called "Game Shortcuts" and paste all the games in it. For tools like Gameranger delete those new folders unless they have stuff in it I suggest you rename them and put all of them in a folder if they have clutter or junk in it. For documents like word files pictures you would put pictures in the picture folder on start then make a gif folder for gifs and etc. sorry for poor grammar I'm a tired alot. c:
