Even blind people have a small sense of seeing. It's kindof like the effect of closing your eyes and then pointing your head at the sun. You can see a faint glow, but you can't really define it. So if you were to shine an incredibly bright green light at a blind person, there's a small chance they could see a green tinge. If I were to describe green, I would say it's the color of acceptance or being right, but this is just my opinion as others have different opinions of colors and vice versa.

Youre seeing a faint glow because the light is penetrating your eyelid.

Think of what you feel when the sun touches your face, and then think of the way the water seems o wave and how those waves could be percieved as "Color" no imagin what it would feel like, if fully pleasant, to have both of them combined. That is green.
