I can't go to sleep at 9:00. My mom says I have to stop computers and games at 8:30, and read or something. It doesn't help at all. I still can't sleep. I need like, 30 - 45 minutes of lying in bed. Often, I fall asleep at 10:30. I wake up at 7:45, and I'm not tired. Ever. I've gone to sleep at 11:00 and I wasn't tired. I've done much later, and yes, I wasn't tired. How can I get my mom to let me go to sleep a bit later?
