Monocle's birthday. Found out and I think he's quite known around the forums, I think he deserves a thread.

Happy level up, on level 18 he gets to choose nothing.

But he is allowed to get the driver license upgrade now. And legal research upgrade too.

I was gonna get him a 5-10 dollar steam game. But I guess I could try to get him a key.

Haha, you have to be 18 to get a license over there!
The age was 15 here when I got mine, but they put it up to 16. Still haha!
