Seeing as iPhones are a lot smoother and nicer, I would have one, but not only can I not afford it, I like android for it's simple customizability.

What I wouldn't mind is a more powerful (HTC maybe) android phone. I have an LG Optimus Chic. It's pathetic. And broken, sort of.

I thought it might be about price. That is why I don't own an iPhone, its just wayyy to expensive for what it is. I'd rather just save for an iPad for the whole portable app experience, and have an Android phone.

Yes. My phone has a 1GHz processor that I've overclocked to 1.8GHz.
And there's dual core phones at 1.2GHz too.
OT: My phone is the T-mobile Samsung Galaxy S. But I don't feel like taking a screenshot.

Mine is a dual core at about 1.6GHz
