Start admining people you trust, and stop giving admin to people who apply. It's as if every admin at your server is like a ten dollar whore, inexperienced and hardly any quality points to their contribution.

would you look at this. with all due respect to Greek, he has kept his admin for longer than me and he doesn't even join. Brilliant administration right there.

While I don't mind, the fact that you allow for individuals like Frontrox and TheBlackParrot, who have been shown to be relatively poor administrators in the server (through several posts here, actually), is ridiculous.

Having a vote for an individual to be admin makes little to no sense, considering the fact that you're dealing with a voting team which consists of players who lack honest logic, and illustrate direct, blatant bias in most of their decisions.

This is one of the several flaws with how this server has been running, and easily one of the several reasons Chrono has resigned.

I hope you change it so that the next individual has an appropriate look at how well he can perform his duty, not how well he's liked by 5 other users.

You also just voted Big Brother off?  What the hell, people need to stop complying with this sort of administration.

It's like I'm not trustworthy or something, but all these applicants are? There is a total of around 36 admins and super admins on the server, the poll on this topic doesn't even show all of them. I strongly suggest that pecon and tetris read some of posts made recently.

Also I can vouch for Big Brother that when you're in gmt time zone hardly any other admins are there. I was at the server for ten hours on Sunday and until the last hour I saw one or two other admins.

TheBlackParrot, a good example of your bias:  While Plant was constantly bombarding me (and Jetz provided the log), you were active, and simply ignored it.  In turn, you even agreed to have me banned under Plant's suggestion.  This is an example of a very, very one sided form of administrating.
