It seems to me that this argument can be resolved through compromise. I am not saying that Pecon should give rights away to anyone, I am simply saying the word of bending but not breaking is a good thing to go by for both sides. I really don't want to get in this argument but, it seems to me that if you guys calmed your emotions and had a decent conversation on what should happen, you would accomplish a lot more with a lot less heat between you two. As for the other comments such as ZSNO's should not be dignified with a response because I only see this debate as between the host and Lalam. It is Pecon's server so Lalam should try to get admin HIS way no matter if he likes it or not. It is like laws of a country, you may not like some of the laws but you have to obey them or you could get in trouble. I probably do not know what exactly is going on but, I made this from what my understanding of the issue was. It may be wrong and it most likely is wrong but I think I have some good points in here that everyone should think about using. Lalam would make a good admin because I have seen him at servers and he tries to resolve an issue before resorting to a kick/ban, according to how severe the offense is. I do think however to become an admin is a privilege granted by the host whose opinion dictates who he thinks would be good for the server. So, Lalam has not granted the side I mentioned above to the eyes of Pecon which in turn created the argument that I saw. I do not know what the private messages were and again this is based off of my understanding of what I saw and understood of what the situation was................ Ok, I just read the other comments and if this is more about a suggestion Lalam made and not about admin then I think Pecon should consider all suggestions that may better his server to make a new and more exciting atmosphere.
