But basically, everything about your application is, uh, very not good.
You need to provide proof that you're responsible enough to help take care of a server, which requires you to elaborate on how you've managed with other servers in the past and have, at the
very least, one viable recommendation.
As for why you should be accepted, everything that you mentioned in your application should be a given. You need to elaborate on why you would benefit the server as an administrator, besides standard duties that an admin performs.
Also, "North USA" isn't a timezone, it's just an area. Go ahead and research what a timezone is.
I'm just paraphrasing some of what I remember from reading what was on the admin center.
And throwing in some of my own wisdom. But yeah.
