If this bill passes, the US military will be able to arrest anyone, US citizen or not, and they have to give no reason at all. This could cause major rioting, and worse case scenario, a 2nd US civil war, especially if the economy collapses. I ask that you watch the entire video, as this guy put a lot of detail in this.
