If this passes than tanks and armored cars aren't going to drive down mainstreet yanking up 14 year olds because they searched up monarch butterfly poison on their laptop. And this doesn't give them the right to yank up citizens in countries they already have a prescence in. They already do that.
I am pretty sure that the patriot act was used only in times of crCIA...
