The process is irreversible however, so be careful when making the switch!To update a file, upload the new version to the folder which contains the original. Select both files, then click the "Open actions menu" button (which has a small gear icon on it) and choose Update File from the menu. A dialog box will appear, telling you which file will be replaced by the other. If necessary you can use the Swap button to switch which file is being updated. Otherwise click OK to complete the file update process.Please bear in mind that updating a file will delete the original, so you may want to back up the older file. Also note that you can cancel the process by hitting Cancel.
