Author Topic: Million Dollar Throw  (Read 2972 times)

So, I have a project for school, and that project is a poster basically an image in my head of what the real poster looked like in the book. So, I think I'm going good, but I want to know things to add. Any help?

Also, The real poster has a hugeass resolution because it'll be on 24" poster paper.

Manning has been out all season and the team hasn't won one game. Try using Tom Brady or something

I know, But it was the best one I could find for the resolution I wanted. I cant have the thing be all blurry when it gets printed out big.

All the text is hard to read and your composition is shoddy. Typically graphic designers stick to one or two fonts in a single publication like this.

Just under Manning or in the piece in general?
your composition is shoddy
I know, I'm not the best at this.

Good to know for future use.

The text under manning is particularly tough to read, but the title text is also frustrating with that weird shadow effect you have. "Sports Stuff" is probably the only text that really stands out and is easy to read.

it could do with improvements

Manning needs to be BEHIND the text, first of all. Second, stick to one font and up the size a little to make it more visually appealing and easier to read.

yeah it seems messy, but sirrus explained that

also at the top it says "sportstuff" with one s in the middle, but at the bottom it says "sportsstuff".

You put too much focus on the Football Guy, when he is the least important part of the overall design.

It's too cluttered, the text at the bottom is very hard to read, the football dude pops too much, too many fonts used ..
