i hate christmas

Past few years I cut down on what I wanted, mostly because I don't want things often and if I do I can just ask my parents to buy it for me if it's a reasonable item with a reasonable price. I'm probably going to get a bigger monitor this Christmas and that's about it.

I understand it may be hard to have a friend get presents and you don't, but you could make it happen.  Perhaps expressing and sharing your love for family and others will brighten their day and especially yours.  You will create some nice friends by doing that.  This doesn't guarantee presents, but sometimes the materialistic things have to be set aside, for love is the most important thing.  I suppose you may be thinking "Why is this cactus explaining love, give me presents" and everyone does nowadays, but I feel love lasts longer then that new thing you got for Christmas.  Its worth it in the end, trust me.

And yes, presents can be involved, but this shouldn't be the basis of your Christmas, it should be love.

Snowboarding and skiing are some of the funnest things you could do, I'd take a weekend of skiing at Sugarloaf over a present.

I don't get anything really, I just get like a game or something. It really bugs me when people talk about all the stuff they get on Christmas. Honestly, they tend to be braggers/show-offs, there are kids who don't care at all about Christmas and just want presents, which I find messed up.

I got Fallout 3: GoTY (game of the year) about two years ago and still enjoy to play it every so often. Yes, if your wondering, I beat the game. So people, have fun with what you get, and Trogtor, vacations are fun.

Spoiled little turds.  I don't get gifts either, but I still give them. 

I prefer to just eat a nice Christmas breakfast,
                hang out with my friends/computer (My computer is my friend >.>)
                                 and enjoy the feeling of a day where everyone is out putting up lights.

Christmas is too materialistic.

Not for my family. Although we do enjoy our gifts and all, we value the spirit of Christmas and it's culture over our presents. (Nobody gets anything that expensive except for the ladies, dad and uncle is always buying them loving jewelery)
