I'm 5'2" and 230 pounds. Over weight, but what makes it worse is that I'm 14.

It was, but if anyone actually has some weight losing tips, I would appreciate,

Boltster's right about treadmills
they're one of most effective forms of exercise
(thus walking will work just as well if you don't own one)

Start running, its something I really want to start but never actually get into it. I found this thing to build up endurance for when you start and it looks pretty good

if i was fat i'd actually use an exercise bike instead of a treadmill or running though. if you're fat i don't imagine walking or running a great deal would be good for your joints.
