My sister had her appendix removed.

She started throwing up yesterday morning and stopped in the afternoon-ish. At about 2:30 in the morning, she started having stomach pains. And at 3:00 she woke me up by talking with my mom in the hallway. She could barely stand she was in so much pain. My mom called our doctor and she diagnosed her with having appendicitis. We took her to the emergency hospital, and shes having tests being done. Around 6, my dad came to take me home, but 7-ish she called and the doctors said something about too many white blood cells in her appendix, so basically, it's infected.

I'll bump this post to say if she does need it out or not when I get home from school around 6. (afterschool loel)

Mine burst when I was in 1st grade, under normal circumstances I should be dead :o
But I was stuck with all the toxins being trapped in a small pocket of fat until the surgery.

But appendicitis sucks. I was screaming when I started feeling the pains, and I was still screaming in the hospital before my surgery. I was stuck there for a week :c

I had my appendix taken out a few years ago. I was in the hospital for like a month I think but I didn't know it cause I was asleep most of the time, or in surgery crap. I had to have a friggin tube stuck in my buttcheek so drain out stuff from my appendix. Not sure if everyone has to do that but I did... it sucked.

I was asleep for about 6 hours, and the thing that annoyed me was that my mom kept trying to get me to talk :l

I had that happen to me. If she gets her appendix out before it bursts, it's only about 5 days in the hospital.
