i grew up with magikarp
no joking
here is my story
one time when i was 4 i got pokemon red
as a 4 year old nothing could be comprehended
so after 2 years i came back and saw old me at least got to vermillion city by a wonder
i had a level 25 charizard and no other pokemon
so i used the old rod and saw a magikarp
i was like WOWIE WOWIE ZOWIE
and it became my favorite pokemon because i thought it was rare
charizard is my second favorite though
