In the episode Malice in Wonderland a Mismagius merged with a Rayquaza illusion to create this Pokémon. The Rayquaza had Mismagius coloring, including three red spots like Mismagius's necklace. Rayquaza's tail and the appendages on its face appear worn, similar to Mismagius, making it appear more like a form difference.
