It is said that Mega Sableye uses the jewel as a powerful defensive tool in battle. From behind the shelter of the jewel, it can readily exploit the opponent’s weaknesses and take advantage of any openings. It is said that the jewel hardens into such strength that no attack can even make a scratch!

Looking forward to seeing what changes when it Mega Evolves, the trailer made it look like it gained more offensive power but this sounds like it gets more defensive

Looking at the video reminded me of sub. It'd be incredible if it had an ability that worked like a recharging substitute.

Also holy stuff Sabeyle should've been obvious because Mawile is a ruby exclusive and Sabelye is a Sapphire exclusive.

Looking at the list of Megas and their original counterparts I predict that a Mega in the Duskull family is a definite possibility

We've got a Mega in the Shuppet family and Duskull is its counterpart, and while some may argue that Dusknoir balances this out you can compare the two to the Pinsir and Scyther families; one with one more evolution than the other thanks to a held-item-trade, and both ended up with Mega Stones

Not to mention it's a Hoenn Pokemon and Dusknoir needs the love, too

I was thinking this too until I thought of Dusknoir, but that's sound reasoning because you're right, Pinsir and Scizor got megas despite one having an evolution.

A second trailer was released during E3, showcasing things we've mostly seen before as well as showing a bit more of Primal Groudon & Primal Kyogre and the redesigned Team Magma & Team Aqua, and finally the official reveal of Mega Diancie, promising distribution details are coming soon

Mega Sableye has been revealed to remain Dark/Ghost-type, change its ability to Magic Bounce, and get a boost to Defense and Special Attack while losing Speed

Finally evolved yanma and completed the johto dex on heart gold, that makes 4 complete regional dexs and 1 complete national dex.
Completed all these:
Sapphire hoehn dex
Heart Gold johto dex
White unova dex and national dex minus some non-event legendaries
Y kalos and national dex
