Pokémon VG Megathread

Ditto that isn't from the Netherlands/USA

1. Put a Ditto on GTS
2. Preferably a good one from the Friend Safari
3. Ask for a Ditto level 21-30 to weed out the Pokemon Village ones
4. Repeat until you get a foreign one with useful IVs

I've done this several times and in conjunction with the other Japanese ones I've gotten on Wonder Trade I've got 1 with almost every 2 IV combination

Well to me the game was extremely easy, even the Elite Four was fairly easy compared to the other games I played, you should be fine.
