So after a lot of failed attempts I finally managed to access Pokemon Bank again, where they finally gave me that Celebi. Then I remembered there was a Shiny Lugia on GTS that I had seen earlier, and the person offering it was asking a Celebi in return.

So I thought to myself that I should trade that Celebi for the Shiny Lugia. So I struggled 10 minutes thinking whether to do it or not to do it, and I eventually decided to do it.

"It's a special Pokemon, you can't trade it!"
