It has the lowest catch rate in the game (tied with 41 others) so that's not surprising

I used Lopunny in Gen V; it was considerably good. My set was Baton Pass, Entrainment, Agility, and Dizzy Punch with a Liechi Berry. EVs were 92 Attack, 252 Speed, 160 HP, 4 Sp.Def. If I had the choice I'd probably swap Dizzy Punch for Power-Up Punch this gen.

Double checked and accidentally reversed the order of the Attack and HP EVs, my mistake.
