What do you guys think about Pokemon Crystal?

I think its probably the best Pokemon game to date.

I enjoyed pokemon picross.  The idea is cool and so is all the pixel art.  The problems I had with it is that it felt like the game relied to heavily on the pokemon abilities.  I also wish that the playing limitation was based off the amount of puzzles you worked on, not time, because I like to take my time while doing puzzles.
Yeah, I have to admit, being timed doesn't help me so much at the game.
Especially when it's like 5 mins that I have to work my way through a brand new puzzle I've not seen before.

I think the most annoying thing is that they limit how often you can play based upon how many squares you place.
Like, why? And when it comes down to waiting 1 minute per square to refresh, and you have an energy bar of 200 odd, and are doing puzzles that have 150 squares to fill...

Well, you know that after you finish it (if you do), you're going to have to wait nearly 3 hours to get going again.
Or spend the premium currency, which you don't earn quickly, and have to save up anyway in order to progress through to the next stage.
In fact, I think you will eventually have to purchase premium content in order to progress, as the amount of premium picrites necessary to get to each stage increases, and each puzzle will only give you like 6 picrites max if you complete all the bonus objectives.

You can get some more picrites each day from doing the training stuff too, but you know, it's pretty slow.

I quit playing Pokemon Shuffle because all the Mega Stone events were dominated by people who had bought lots of items and had end-game Pokemon and Mega Stones from previous events so it was impossible for me to win when I'm only at stage 207

I'm playing a lot of Pokemon Picross but I've been reduced to doing training every day for 1-2 weeks just to open the next area, I considered buying myself in but I saw a good argument against that: If I've got unlimited Picrites there really isn't anything encouraging me to do the challenges on each puzzle, and to be honest I'd probably just blast through the whole rest of the game in one day if I didn't have to wait
Yeah, that's exactly what I'm worried about too.
If I were to buy the game, I'm sure I'd probably be better off just looking for a cheapo DS Picross game, which I'm sure exist out there.

Edit: Yeah, just gotten to a point where I have to wait to do the daily training for Picrites now.
80 Picrites to get to the next area.
I have 40, and there's a total of 42 picrites I could earn, across 10 puzzles, including a couple that require me to have legendary pokemon I don't have yet. :/
And it's a total of 714 energy to complete, provided I don't make a single mistake with a block. Which'll take me just about 12 hours total to earn, provided I use them up quick enough, since I have a cap of 300 energy.

And that's just to unlock Area 5, out of 30.

The timed aspect of Picross doesn't really bother me, it's not required except to get an extra 4 or so Picrites and you'll have plenty of time to replay the puzzle and get faster at it while you're waiting 9 days to get to the next area

Plus if it's too hard you can just stop time for 10+ minutes assuming you have Master-level Freeze Time Pokemon

Yeah, that's exactly what I'm worried about too.

I think there are some old Picross games on the 3DS eShop?

And oh boy you're only at area 5, it gets better; I need 140 to open my next area, though I do get 12 Picrites per day assuming I can complete training in under 2:00

It looks nice doesn't it, I'm at a loss for words here.

Beware of fake Pokemon GO betas going around various social media platforms! There's no official date for any beta testing at this time, so anything you see will just steal your information and install malicious software on your device.
