Well, as long as he doesn't rename the village or decree that my oven is now his, I'm fine.
I guarantee that he will pass laws on his forge first, though :v

I have returned to the villiage for a good time to stay and help out before i set off again.
dragged a loving boat 2km to be converted to Fo.
it will be worth it.
