OP didn't make this and you can get it in Modification Discussion right now.

I do believe he did. He made me a mod, he made one or two other mods in the add-ons section, and I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if he made this. Truce made the original, but I'm guessing he remade it, since Truce never released it.
