according to einstein's theory of relativity
the faster you move through space the slower you move through time
so just plug that in to the 600 light years away/22 million years away and bam
you're taking longer to get there or something

Does this mean god doesn't exist? It seems as if any planet revolving around the sun at an adequate enough distance may actually have life on it. That is not god's doing that is the laws of physics.
It means it is habitable for us. Life can adapt to warmer and colder temperatures.

We might not be able to live on this guys.
One of the reasons being is how large this planet is.
If i'm correct, then if this planet is 2.4x the size of the earth, then it will have a gravatational field larger than what we can handle.

TL;DR, we'll get crushed by gravity if we ever get to the planet.

We need real life mass effect fields!

This.

On the other hand, any intelligent life there will be superhumanly strong compared to the average man if I'm correct.

if there is some sort of other living being out there in the vast nothingness of space
they're smart not messing with our stuff
I bet they've got super sci-fi binoculars just watching us fling insults and paper nukes at each other

Agreed.

Not to mention, how the hell do we land on something like that if we ever get to it?

Not to mention there's probably a very low chance that it has a nitrogen-oxygen atmosphere.
Hey, Mars is in the "goldilocks Distance" and it isn't habitable. Sure that's probably because it had it's atmosphere blown off, but you never know.

Ha, my mom said god probably made another planet because we are just running out of room.

Then we go super slow!

If there is the presence of bacteria on certain desolate planets why not plants? The Bible does not state that earth in the only life sustaining planet in the universe, it merely speaks against other intelligent self aware beings. I'm not a Bible thumper and I'm not a Science buff either, I'm open to both ideas. But I have to disagree that disproves god altogether. I believe that the universe was designed by SOMETHING.

All we have to do now is make an intergalatic slingshot to get to places faster.

The only way I see possible to colonize a planet is to have a huge spaceship, and have multiple generations born onto that ship so that humanity could actually make it to the planet.
