Use photoshop, but this won't work like a real green screen.

You will need to use image editing software such as Paint.net, GIMP, or Photoshop. If you don't know how to use these programs then you are better off posting the screenshot and asking for someone here to make it as you want.

Demian made a fine pack of Slate edits containing a green version of Construct. Should work well.

Paint.net, use the magic wand to delete the background, create a new layer under the background layer and put a picture of a mountain or something there.

After Effects and a green brick background, use a large cube so there are no lines

After Effects
Isn't that just for videos? OP just wants a screenshot.
Either way it costs a forgetton of money

Also I'd advise taking the screenshot in the highest resolution you can, perhaps even use a megashot

Every time I see your avatar I end up watching Family Guy.

On Topic: Listen to Mega.I have that pack and It's very good.

Magic wand.
this + construct = profit

and if you don't know what magic wand is, it's a tool in gimp/photoshop/paint.net
