Went there today, got as far as the teleporter.

The Spawn Room.
On the right you see a path going towards the hole, hangar, and door.
This is a door that appears to be passworded, on the way to the hole and hangar,
Posted because I find that suspicious.
The hole.
You can't actually fall through it. Down below you see 2 brown things, which are trees, and a small black thing which is the teleporter.
Since you can't go through the hole, go a bit further down the station to a small hangar. Fly a plane down to the baseplate.

The Teleporter. I know the article said that theres 2, but thats all I saw on the plate other then the trees.
The most interesting thing of this mystery:
You can actually see the black room off in the distance from the baseplate.
