How are we supposed to determine who that IP belongs to? It's probably dynamic. Doing a simple Google search told me the IP originated from Salisbury, North Carolina, but that's about as good as it will get.

PM Badspot. When people spammed my forums years back I pmd the IP to him and he responded with the user.

Idk if he still will though with the community being so large and all the spam PMs he gets Itll probably just inconvenience him :o
