:Thank you. I know this is going to sound crazy, so I'm going to attempt to explain it the best I can. First, I have seen a man who brings chaos with him where ever he goes. I do not know how he does it, but I suspect it works like a plague infecting everyone in town.

:I see. Go on.

:Well, once the people get whiff of his madness, they too become mad. They ravage themselves and the rest of the town and they bring about these... creatures. Horrible things happen. Almost biblical, horrible things. I've seen dead men get up from their graves, while others attack townsfolk and dry them off all their blood. Maybe this isn't end times and maybe this is just biological. Whatever the reason, I know that that man brings it with him. If your town has a doctor, we'll need him, and if you have men ready to stand and fight, they too may become necessary.

:That's horrible.

:You can't seriously believe him!?

:What if he's telling the truth, Jeb? What if this is a sickness rather than Godly power. We need to protect ourselves. Why would he ride all of this way just to lie to us?

:Because the devil has driven him insane! I spoke with God just yesterday, and he assured me that all will be well in this town for another year. We needn't listen to this lunatic.

:Well, I'm going to believe him.

:What!? No. You mustn't. I bet it was him who started the fire!

:Well, I...

:Now sir, tell the truth. Did you see who burned down the town?

:I will admit that that I was the one, but only because I was attempting to stop-

:Ah! You see! He's a crook! An arsonist come to our town to have us all burn! Lock him away!

:But if he's telling the truth he's the only one who can-

:I will not judge your actions, Sheriff Brandson, but God will. What kind of man are you to take the word of a criminal over that of a holy man.

:Alright, fine. Sorry son. The law is the law. I have no proof of the things you've warned us about. I will ready the men and the doctor, just in case, but for the sake of formality, I must put you in jail.

As the Sheriff puts you into the iron bars, the pastor looks at you, glaring.
What now?
