Someone Stole 15 Dollars from Me

Its my fault for being stupid, BUT, during gym I dont use a locker or anything because I dont know the combination or number and never saw it a big deal to find out. Well today I had change from lunch ($15) and so I decided Id put it in a zipper area of my bookbag. The way my lockers are setup are like this:

With each | or _ being a locker and o being me, x being the suspect, and y being some black kids.

Using the powers of prejudice, I hid the money behind my ID card in a way so that if you were the black kids, it would look like I was just putting away an ID card. However the weird kid (x) could still see. I then headed out to the gym, and this is where Id presume the dude stole my money (It makes more sense that he would steal from me while I was leaving rather than when I was coming back). When I returned after gym I got changed and went home, only to then remember I had money in there and check to find it was completely empty aside from my ID card.

Can you report people out of suspicion? To help get the cigarette in trouble Im printing out a fake 20 dollar bill (I guess its technically counterfeiting but Im not attempting to use it as legal tender and its being printed on letter paper....) and Im going to make it fairly obvious that Im putting it in a zipper. Then Ill walk away and do a loop around and see if I can catch the kid.

It's likely that someone just found it, it's also likely that (x) took it. In all reality you can't track money nor can you put your name on it, I keep my money under safe lock or on me at all times.
