The stars well.. suck, but I didn't know how to draw them. (Tips?)
Stars are better now. (IMO)

Stars need to be in layers. Do slightly smaller stars in the background, but more clustered and blurry, and then work it up. Every now and then take the eraser tool, turn down the opacity on it and erase clumps of stars away. Make it look natural.

Added a Radial blur to the stars and I like the effect. (Opinions?)

edit: Also I attempted at fixing those... cloud things.

Now draw the surface.
hehe I would but you can see my drawing skills with the clouds. :D (And those are mostly just a mix of colors and smudges over drawing.)

I say you're pretty good, hell if I could get that close to a perfect circle.

You need the sun helm-splitting the planet with a lot of lens flare!

unfortunately I can't take your compliment, most (When I say that I mean almost all) of this is Photoshop magic the circle is done with the selection tool and the Sphere look is done with a filter.

The only truly "Drawn" part was those clouds and the stars. (Which were dots.)

Stars could use work, clouds are fine IMO.

A quick fix just because a sun would really work there

I think you should also stick with the old star setting, the new one looks a bit... is the word unorganic or aesthetically incorrect. Just lower their brightness a notch.

Wow that's really nice looking!

Also on the note of stars, I understand it looks unrealistic or not normal but well, for some reason I really like it.
