The only way you can actually copy someone who has done a Let's Play of a popular game is if you try to impersonate their exact style, many people have played Minecraft, Happy Wheels, Amnesia, many people do face cams, and so on, if you truly want to be original, be the first person to do a Let's Play of a brand new game, and do things with your videos that no one else had yet to do, good luck with that
