I went to highschool with a guy who got a lewinsky in the bathrooms at the school and was caught. Then the chick said he raped her and he got expelled for a year plus had to go to court and probably spent time in lock up before the court date. Turns out it was all faked by the chick to cover up being caught in the act.

A lot of the people thought he did it because he's black. That's the world we live in.

This happens all the time totally by overwhelming hormones, it's a mistake some people make, and it shouldn't be exaggerated like that. Sure, bad things went on, but if you get small cut, you don't accuse the person of murdering you. You think about his perspective. Chances are, he drove home feeling terrible, like he forgeted up. He hoped to put it behind him, he might understand breaking things off. Suddenly, he's going to jail for things he didn't even do. An exaggeration.

And just to be fair, he could still be in trouble for what he actually did. Thing is, from how it sounds, these things could be settled civilly. She overreacted and ruined this guys life, gave him a criminal record for something I'm sure over half the world's population has accidentally come into sometime in their life. Seriously... Wow.

We need a Quantum Leap machine to fix this.
